Dealer Best Practices: Online reputation management means responding with a custom comment for each negative consumer post.  (We provide this service to our dealership clients, whether you are an auto dealer or a recreational vehicle – RV – dealer.)  Canned responses look terrible to a shopper.  It looks like you don’t care enough to actually solve their problem.  Post a comment to entice the customer to call you.
Then, either us, or someone at the dealership should actually reach out and get in touch with the consumer.  Someone should specifically satisfy their concerns.  Then, and only then, have you earned the right to ask the customer to “update” their review.  These positive responses will not only prevent lawsuits and regulatory issues, but they also look good to the shopping public!
Here is a list of websites that we can check for you, and respond, at your discretion.  We can handle the whole thing for you. The suggested time interval is enclosed in the parentheses.   Call us at 757-434-7656 for more details.
