Perception Versus Reality
Lots of cereal is sugar-coated belly bloat, and you would never know it until you check under the hood, meaning the ingredients label. On the surface, it looks harmless. In reality, it may be something very different.
It all comes down to perception. What you think you are getting versus what is actually there.
